Thank you for choosing www.flikwear.com for natural rubber gloves. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, here are our return and exchange terms:
- Return Policy
● Return Period: If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
● Return Conditions: All returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. We will not accept returns of opened or used items.
● Return Procedure: Please contact our Customer Service Team via email at import.operations@flikwear.com to let us know why you wish to return the item.
○ We will provide you with a Return Authorization and detailed return instructions. Please ensure that all accessories and original packaging are included when returning the item. - Exchange Policy
● Exchange Period: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
●Exchange conditions: Same as return policy, all exchanged items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.
●Exchange process: Please contact our customer service team via email at import.operations@flikwear.com to let us know why you would like to exchange and what product you would like to exchange.
○ We will provide you with an exchange authorization and detailed exchange instructions. - Refunds
● Once we have received and inspected the returned item and confirmed that it meets the return conditions, we will process a refund. The refund will be returned to your original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to process. - Shipping costs
● Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are borne by the customer unless there is a quality problem with the product or the wrong product was sent. We will bear the relevant shipping costs for returns caused by our error. - Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
● Items that have been opened or used.
